Which payment methods can I choose?

You can pay by card with Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.

We also offer purchases via Klarna, Apple & Google Pay.

How & when will my order arrive?

We deliver from our own warehouse, which gives short delivery times of around 1-4 working days for orders within Sweden. Your order will arrive by post directly in the mailbox or to the nearest agent for larger orders.

Orders received on red days and holidays are sent the following weekday.

Is shipping always free?

There is always free shipping and free returns on orders within Sweden.

For Denmark, a shipping cost of DKK 36 is charged

For Europe, a shipping cost of SEK 89 is charged.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Obvious! All returns and exchanges are free of charge.

In addition, we always offer 30 days open purchase.

When returning, contact our customer service at: kundservice@mavnofsweden.com , enter your order number and tell us which products you wish to return and why. We then send an SMS or e-mail with a QR code that you show to your agent when you hand in the package for return.

In case of exchange, the same procedure as above applies, with the exception that you also inform our customer service which item you wish to exchange for. Your new item will be sent when we receive your return.

For both exchanges and returns, all goods must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging. All returned items must be packed in their original box with minimal wiggle room to avoid shipping damage.

Your refund is processed within 14 working days from when we received your item.

Can the same item differ in color?

All our watches and sunglasses are made of natural wood. This means that they get both a unique color and a pattern of their own. This is because the product may differ slightly from the pictures. Which type of wood is used for your item is stated on the product page.

Does the size of the watch fit me?

Your delivery contains tools so that you can quickly and easily adjust the bracelet yourself to the desired extent if this is necessary. The design of the watch makes it easy to remove one or more links from the bracelet, but it is also possible to hand the watch in to a watchmaker or jeweler and have it fixed easily.

Are the watches waterproof?

The watches are splash-proof and withstand, for example, rain. However, you cannot wear your watch in the shower or while swimming as it is not completely waterproof. Our watches have a 1-year warranty and do not cover damage caused by, for example, water or other liquids.
