How long does it take to receive my order?
Within Sweden, you normally receive your goods within 1-4 working days.
How is my order delivered?
Your order is delivered by post. Smaller packages are delivered directly to your home with your other mail. Larger packages are delivered to your nearest agent, you will then receive an email and SMS as soon as your order is available for collection!
Can I return or exchange an item that does not fit?
Obvious! As a customer with us at MAVN Of Sweden, you always have 30 days open purchase and free returns. Provided that the item is in good condition, unused and packed in original packaging. We want returns to be packed in cardboard, not a transparent plastic bag or similar, please use the packaging in which the product was delivered.
Contact our customer service and we will send you an SMS with a QR code that you show to your representative when you submit.
If you want to exchange your item, we will send you a new one as soon as we receive the return. You indicate to customer service which product(s) you want to exchange for. It costs you as a customer nothing to change an item.
Do you keep all your goods in stock?
Yes we do. Everything to get your orders delivered as quickly as possible!
Are the watches/sunglasses made of real wood?
Yes, they are. The different types of wood used are indicated on the respective watch/sunglasses product page.
Are the watches waterproof?
No, the watches are not completely waterproof. They are splash protected, so a little light rain won't damage your watch. Do not wear your watch in the shower or during a swim as the warranty does not cover damage from water or other liquids.
Will the watch fit me?
Yes! The size of your watch can be adjusted by removing some links from the bracelet. This is easily done by a jeweler, a watchmaker, or yourself. Your delivery includes tools that you can use to easily adjust the bracelet yourself.
Can the colors differ from the pictures?
As all our watches/sunglasses are made from natural wood, each watch/sunglass has its own unique pattern and will therefore differ slightly from the pictures.
How do I return my order?
- Contact us at kundservice@mavnofsweden.com enter your order number.
- Tell us which products you want to return and why.
- We create a QR code that we send via SMS or email.
- Carefully package your return with minimal movement space for the transported products.
- You show the QR code at your agent when you hand in the package.
We will process your exchange or refund within 14 working days of receipt.
How much does a return cost?
Returns are free of charge.
