There is always free shipping and free returns on orders within Sweden.

For Denmark, a shipping cost of DKK 36 is charged

For the rest of Europe, a shipping cost of SEK 89 is charged.

Orders received during holidays are sent the following weekday.

Returns/exchanges

All returns and exchanges are free of charge.

In addition, we always offer 30 days open purchase.

For returns or exchanges, contact our customer service at: kundservice@mavnofsweden.com , enter your order number and tell us which products you wish to return or exchange. We then send an SMS or e-mail with a QR code that you show to your agent when you hand in the package for return.

Your refund is processed within 14 working days from when we received your item.

For orders within Sweden and Denmark, delivery times are approximately 2-4 working days.

For the rest of Europe, delivery times are approximately 3-7 working days.

Your order will arrive by post directly in the mailbox or to the nearest agent for larger orders.
